How to sign in to your account.

Sign in to your account​

  1. Go to Multiverse IAM at accounts-dashboard-sandbox.multiverseapp.ai in your browser. If you're not already signed in, you'll be taken to the sign-in page automatically.
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Check your email for a one-time code and enter it on the sign-in page.
  4. If you've turned on two-factor authentication, enter the code from your authenticator app when asked.
  5. You'll be taken back to the dashboard once you're signed in.

You can also start from Foundry at foundry.sandbox.multiverseapp.ai. If you're not signed in, it sends you to Multiverse IAM to sign in first.

If you can't sign in​

  • Double-check you're using the correct email address.
  • Didn't get the code? Check your spam folder, then try again.
  • If you have two-factor authentication turned on, make sure you have your authenticator app or a backup code ready.

Manage how you sign in​

Once you're signed in, you can turn on two-factor authentication or set up backup codes from Profile → Personal Info. See Set up two-factor authentication for the steps.
