Update your personal info

Your Personal Info page is where you manage your basic details and account security. Find it under Profile → Personal Info.

Change your name, username, email, or phone

  1. Open Profile → Personal Info.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update whichever fields you want to change.
  4. Click Save.

Change your profile photo

  1. Open Profile → Personal Info.
  2. Click your picture to open the photo options.
  3. Choose Upload photo (JPEG, PNG, or WebP, up to 5 MB) or Remove photo.
  4. If removing it, confirm by clicking Remove.

Set up two-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication adds an extra step to signing in, on top of the email code you already use. It uses an authenticator app on your phone.

  1. Open Profile → Personal Info.
  2. Click Set up on the Two-Factor Authentication section.
  3. Scan the QR code shown with your authenticator app, or type in the code manually.
  4. Enter the 6-digit code your app shows you.
  5. Click Enable.

Once it's on, you can turn it off again by clicking Manage, then Disable Two-Factor Auth.

You may be asked to confirm this change over email first. If so, click Send code to get a code by email, and Resend code if it doesn't arrive.

Get backup codes

Once two-factor authentication is on, you'll see a Backup Codes section. These are one-time codes you can use to sign in if you ever lose access to your authenticator app.

  1. Open Profile → Personal Info.
  2. Click Generate the first time (or Regenerate to get a fresh set, or View Codes to see ones you already have).
  3. Copy the codes or download them to keep somewhere safe.
  4. Click Done when you're finished.

Each code only works once.

Delete your account

  1. Open Profile → Personal Info and scroll to the danger zone.
  2. Click Delete account.
  3. You'll see contact details for our support team. Deleting an account is handled by them, not a button here.

Create and manage access tokens

Access Tokens let other tools or scripts connect to your account. Find them under Profile → Access Tokens.

An access token is also what the Inference API expects in its x-api-key header, where it's referred to as your API key. It's the same token for both — there's no separate API key to create.

Create a token

  1. Open Profile → Access Tokens.
  2. Click Create Token.
  3. Give it a name and choose when it should expire.
  4. Click Create Token.

Copy your token

A token's value is only ever shown once, right when you create it.

  1. Read the warning on screen.
  2. Click Show token to reveal it, then Copy to copy it.
  3. Click Done once you've saved it somewhere safe.

Replace a token

Replacing a token gives it a new secret value while keeping its name and settings. Do this if you think a token may have been exposed.

  1. Open Profile → Access Tokens.
  2. Find the token and click Rotate.
  3. Click Rotate token to confirm. The old value stops working right away.
  4. Copy the new value.

Turn off a token

  1. Open Profile → Access Tokens.
  2. Find the token and click Revoke.
  3. Confirm by clicking Revoke token.

Delete a token

You can only delete a token once it's expired.

  1. Open Profile → Access Tokens.
  2. Find an expired token and click Delete.
  3. Confirm by clicking Delete token.

See and sign out of your sessions

Sessions shows every device you're currently signed in on. Find it under Profile → Sessions.

Sign out of one device

  1. Open Profile → Sessions.
  2. Find the device and click Terminate.
  3. Confirm to finish.

Sign out of every other device

  1. Open Profile → Sessions.
  2. Click Sign Out Everywhere.
  3. Confirm by clicking Sign out everywhere.

Sign out of everything, including this device

  1. Open Profile → Sessions.
  2. Click Sign Out All Devices.
  3. Confirm by clicking Sign Out All Devices.
  4. You'll be signed out right away.

Review your activity

Activity shows a history of what's happened on your account: signing in, security changes, and more. Find it under Profile → Activity.

Filter your activity

You can narrow the list by a specific event, category, source, organization, or date range.

See older activity

More entries load automatically as you scroll. You can also click Load more to load a batch at a time.
