Account or access issues
For questions about your account, sign-in, organizations, or anything on the dashboard — reach out to the support team directly:
Include your email address and a brief description of the issue. If you're seeing an error message, paste it in.
Foundry bugs & feedback
For anything specific to Foundry — a bug, a broken flow, a missing feature, or general feedback — use the report form. Every submission goes straight to the team building it.
Reports get resolved faster when they include:
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- The page you were on (e.g. Model Deployments, Playground)
- Any relevant ID — Deployment ID, job name, or model repository ID
- A screenshot if you have one
