FAQ

Answers to common questions across your account, organizations, and the platform.

Account & sign-in

What is Multiverse IAM?

Multiverse IAM is the account system Multiverse Computing uses across all its products. You sign in once and that same account works with Foundry and any other product on the platform.

I can't sign in. What should I check?

  • Make sure you're using the correct email address.
  • Didn't receive the one-time code? Check your spam folder, then request a new one.
  • If two-factor authentication is on, have your authenticator app or a backup code ready.

Still stuck? See Getting more help.

How do I manage how I sign in?

See the Sign in guide for signing-in steps, and Profile to enable two-factor authentication.

How do I change my email, username, or display name?

Go to Profile → Personal Info, click Edit, update the field, and click Save.

I lost access to my authenticator app. What now?

Use one of your backup codes. If you didn't save any or have used them all, see Getting more help.

How do I sign out of a device I no longer use?

Go to Profile → Sessions, find the device, and click Terminate. To sign out of all other devices at once, use Sign Out Everywhere.

How do I delete my account?

Account deletion is handled by our support team. Go to Profile → Personal Info, scroll to the danger zone, and click Delete account for the contact details.

Organizations

How do I join an organization?

You'll receive an invite link or email. Accept it through that link — there's no "Accept" button on the Organizations page.

How do I create a new organization?

Go to Organizations, click Create Organization, enter a name, and click Create.

What's the difference between Owner, Admin, and Member?

RoleWhat they can do
OwnerFull control, including deleting the organization
AdminManage members, projects, groups, and settings — but cannot delete the organization
MemberAccess determined by their group memberships and project roles

Why can't I see a tab in my organization?

Each tab requires a specific permission. If a section isn't visible, ask an Owner or Admin to grant you the access you need.

What's the difference between an organization role and a project role?

An organization role (Owner, Admin, Member) governs what you can do across the whole organization. A project role comes from the groups you belong to and controls what you can do on one specific project. See Key Terms for the full picture.

How do I invite someone to my organization?

Open your organization's Members tab and use the invite option there. You can invite by email or share a link.

Foundry

Where do I report a bug or request a feature?

Use the Report an issue → form. Every report goes directly to the team building Foundry.

To help us resolve it faster, include:

  • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
  • The page you were on (e.g. Model Deployments, Playground)
  • Any relevant ID — Deployment ID, job name, or model repository ID
  • A screenshot if you have one

Is Foundry in beta?

Yes. Foundry is currently in beta. If something breaks, feels wrong, or is missing, we want to hear about it — use the form above.
